Since beginning his career in 2016, Gannon has built a reputation for delivering accurate, unbiased valuations that support confident decision-making for homeowners, lenders, and legal professionals alike. His expertise spans a wide range of residential property types and valuations products, including purchases, refinances, home equity loans, estates, and more.
Originally from Florida, Gannon now proudly calls Colorado home. When he's not reviewing properties or refining reports, you’ll find him enjoying time in the mountains with his girlfriend and their two dogs— or out on the disc golf course.
